A cupcake with hot milk is a good option for fragrant and insanely delicious pastries. The cake turns out airy, porous, very tender. The recipe is simple and the result is simply gorgeous. Try to cook!

  1. Crack the eggs into a deep bowl and add a pinch of salt.
  2. Beat with a mixer for 10 minutes.
  3. Pour sugar in parts, continue to beat for another 7-8 minutes.
  4. Sift flour with baking powder. We mix.
  5. In the egg mass, we introduce flour with baking powder in parts, mix with a spatula with movements from the bottom up.
  6. We separate from the resulting test 2 tbsp. spoons.
  7. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  8. We heat the milk in a saucepan.
  9. Put butter in milk and mix.
  10. Bring milk and butter almost to a boil.
  11. Pour milk with butter to the reserved dough and beat with a whisk.
  12. Using a fine grater, remove the zest from the lemon.
  13. Pour the milk mass into the main dough and add the lemon zest. Stir gently until smooth.
  14. Pour the dough into the mold. I use a silicone mold 26 * 10 * 8 cm. We send the form to the preheated oven on the lower level for 25 minutes. Then raise to the middle level and bake the milk cake for another 10 minutes.
  15. We let the finished cake in hot milk cool in the mold for 10 minutes, then carefully remove it from the mold. Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar, if desired.
