Cupcake with milk, raisins and chocolate

Ingredients

  1. Combine eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar, beat until white.
  2. Add milk and butter
  3. whisk.
  4. Pour the flour in parts (about 300 g), add the baking powder and a pinch of salt, mix.
  5. Roll raisins in flour (3-4 tablespoons), add to the dough. Add chopped chocolate to it.
  6. We heat up the oven. Grease a cake tin with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  7. Pour the prepared dough into the mold.
  8. We put in a preheated oven. We bake a cake at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
