Cupcake with tangerines

The recipe for cupcakes with tangerines will provide not only delicious cookies for tea, but also a hearty snack.

Ingredients

• Butter - 150 g
• Sugar - 100 g
• Vanilla sugar - 1.5 teaspoons
• Eggs - 2 pieces
• Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
• Flour - 250 g
• Canned tangerines - 300 g
• Powdered sugar - to taste

Directions

1. Rub the butter with sugar, add vanilla sugar, then eggs and mix well.
2. Add flour and baking powder. Each cupcake is baked in a separate mold, which must be greased and filled not to the top (leave 10 millimeters).
3. We fill the form with dough in three steps: dough, tangerines (half slices), dough.
4. Bake muffins with tangerines in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
