  1. In a bowl, combine eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar.
  2. Beat the eggs with sugar until firm foam, add soft butter.
  3. Beat until smooth, pour in sunflower oil.
  4. Add thick cherry jam. Cherries in it should be pitted.
  5. Then pour in kefir at room temperature.
  6. Beat the ingredients with a mixer for 10 seconds.
  7. Pour the sifted flour and baking soda into the resulting dough base. There is no need to extinguish soda.
  8. Knead the dough, add walnuts, crushed to medium-sized crumbs. You can also add ground cinnamon if you like, I didn't.
  9. Stir the nuts into the batter with a spatula. The finished dough is similar in consistency to dough for pancakes.
  10. Divide the dough into molds. I got 8 triangular-shaped cupcakes and a fairly large size. If you bake in muffin molds, you get 12-14 pieces. You can also bake one large kefir cupcake in a shape with a hole in the middle.
  11. Bake cupcakes on kefir, with cherry jam, in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
  12. Ready cupcakes on kefir, remove from the molds, cool. Homemade muffins with cherry jam and walnuts are ready to serve.
