Cupcakes "Red Velvet"

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Beat room temperature butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add one egg at a time to the butter mass, beat until a homogeneous light mass
  3. Add sour cream, stir until smooth.
  4. Add red food coloring (add to desired color), stir. Then sift flour with salt and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
  5. Spread the dough into molds (I have silicone hearts), without reporting 1 cm to the edge.
  6. Bake cupcakes in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Place the finished cupcakes on a wire rack and let cool.
  8. Bon appetit!
