Yummy for kids - soft, tender and fragrant cupcakes in molds. The recipes for this pleasant pastry for tea can be varied, we suggest preparing muffins for kids with a surprise - with fresh blueberries and peach jam in the middle.

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Line cupcake liners with paper cups. Mix sifted flour, blueberries, ½ cup sugar, baking powder, 1 tsp. cinnamon and salt. Separately, combine buttermilk (or sour milk), lightly beaten egg and butter. Combine the two mixtures and mix until smooth.
  2. Put in each mold 1 tbsp. l. dough, then 1 tsp. peach jam, and again some dough. Connect 1 tbsp. l. sugar with ¼ tsp. cinnamon and sprinkle on top of the dough in molds.
  3. Bake cupcakes in tins for 18-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
