Crack the eggs into the bowl of a food processor or any other deep container. Pour salt and granulated sugar, beat at maximum speed for about 2-3 minutes in a lush foam.
(You can use a mixer if a food processor is not available.)
In a separate container, melt the butter, but do not boil. Pour into batter while beating
Then add in the sifted wheat flour with baking powder. Beat everything again at low speed for about 1 minute, trying not to interrupt the lush foam.
Washed and peeled apricots cut into thin slices.
Pour the prepared biscuit dough into the cupcake molds to the middle.
Put the sliced apricot slices in them. Do not top up the dough, otherwise it will overflow during baking. Place the molds in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes, watching the surface of the dessert
Remove the apricot cupcakes from the oven and let cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
Serve an apricot-biscuit treat to the table along with freshly brewed tea, coffee.
