The recipe for a wonderful dessert - multi-colored cupcakes with a pleasant sourness of blackcurrant and butter cream. The peculiarity of this recipe is that the cream for cupcakes is prepared on the basis of cream, which is flavored with dried lavender flowers.

  2. Turn on the oven.
  3. Heat up to 180 degrees.

  8. Add vegetable oil and kefir here.

  15. I added dried lavender flowers to the warmed fat cream the day before, then cooled it, put it in the refrigerator, and strained the cream through a sieve before making the cream. (If you don't have lavender, make it without.)
  16. Add the chilled lavender cream, powdered sugar to the cold cream cheese and beat together until a smooth cream is obtained.
  17. You can tint the cream for cupcakes if you wish.
  18. Decorate the cooled cupcakes with the finished cream.
