Crumbly and very tender cupcakes will delight your kids. I took canned cherries, pitted, but if you have fresh or frozen cherries, you can use them without problems.

Ingredients

  1. Butter, eggs, sugar, salt, baking powder are sent to a bowl.
  2. Beat thoroughly with a mixer.
  3. We add flour.
  4. Beat again with a mixer, the dough is a little thick.
  5. Carefully remove the flour from the edges, mix thoroughly again.
  6. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, grease small cupcake tins with sunflower oil.
  7. Add a tablespoon of dough to each mold.
  8. Press a cherry in the center.
  9. Sprinkle the top of the cupcakes with the nut and sugar mixture. Bake until golden, no more than 30 minutes. Let the cupcakes cool slightly and remove from the molds. For decoration, you can sprinkle them with powder, but this is optional.
