Cupcakes with curd filling

Delicious, soft chocolate muffins filled with curd balls.

Ingredients

  1. Beat the egg with sugar until fluffy. At the same time, 1 tbsp. l. sugar should be left for the filling.
  2. Pour in kefir.
  3. Add vegetable oil and beat everything together.
  4. Gradually add flour with baking powder and cocoa.
  5. Beat everything into a homogeneous thick mass.
  6. Mash cottage cheese with a fork with 1 tbsp. l. sugar and vanilla sugar.
  7. Roll the cottage cheese into small balls with your hands.
  8. Place 1 tbsp in cupcake pans. a spoonful of dough.
  9. Place cheese balls in the center.
  10. Place another tablespoon of batter on top.
  11. Place in an oven heated to 180 degrees and bake chocolate cupcakes on kefir, with curd filling, for 25 minutes.
  12. Transfer the finished chocolate cupcakes to a wire rack and cool.
  13. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
  14. Drizzle chocolate cupcakes with cottage cheese filling with melted chocolate.
