Cupcake-cake is prepared with pineapple rings and creamy syrup, such a cupcake is served hot.

  1. Peel the pineapple and cut into rings. Prepare 6 heat-resistant portion molds about 3-4 cm deep.
  2. Melt 80 grams of butter, add 80 grams of sugar to it, mix and grease the molds inside with this sweet butter (it will take about half of the sweet butter).
  3. Heat the remaining sweet oil in a frying pan until air bubbles appear on the surface. Put pineapple rings in this syrup, cook over medium heat until golden brown on all sides. Transfer to a plate.
  4. Put one ring of pineapple into each mold and pour 1 tablespoon of caramel from the pan. Turn on the oven to preheat to 175 degrees.
  5. Place remaining butter and sugar in a food processor bowl, add eggs, flour, baking powder and nuts, pulse until smooth. Pour the pineapple rings in molds with this dough.
  6. Place the molds with the dough in a preheated oven, bake muffins with pineapples for 30-40 minutes, until golden brown. Remove the finished products from the oven and let them rest in the molds for a while, and then turn each mold onto a serving plate, pour over the pineapple muffins with the remaining syrup in the pan and serve immediately.
