Cupcakes with plums and spices

Cupcakes are cooked in vegetable oil, with the addition of starch, and are obtained with a crumbly, crumbly texture. And thanks to cinnamon and cloves - with a wonderful aroma of oriental spices. Cupcakes are decorated on top with plum slices laid out in the form of roses.

  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Sift flour (a little more than a glass with a capacity of 250 ml) and starch.
  3. In a deep bowl, break the eggs, add sugar, beat until white lush mass with a mixer.
  4. Add vegetable oil, mix.
  5. In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, cinnamon and cloves.
  6. Pour the butter-egg mixture into the flour mixture.
  7. Mix the dough until smooth.
  8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  9. Cut plums into thin slices.
  10. Put paper liners in the cells of the cupcake mold and fill with a third of the dough.
  11. Arrange the plum slices in a rosette pattern on top of the dough (if the plums are too juicy, dip the slices on one side in starch).
  12. Bake spicy muffins with plums in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
  13. Allow cupcakes to cool and remove from molds.
