Cottage cheese roll with berries is a curd delight and a simple but exquisite dessert with the taste and aroma of berries. The combination of cottage cheese and berries will appeal to everyone, even those who do not really like cottage cheese.
There are no strict cooking rules in this dessert. It is better to choose sweet berries: raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, mulberries. But if there are no berries, then you can use fruits. Bananas, apricots, peaches are perfect. If you have berries with sourness, then you can add a little more powdered sugar to the cottage cheese.

Directions

  1. Combine soft cottage cheese, sour cream and powdered sugar. Mix.
  2. Cover a sushi mat with cling film. Sprinkle with coconut flakes.
  3. Dissolve gelatin in 50-70 ml. water (see instructions on package).
  4. Pour the gelatin into the curd mass and mix quickly.
  5. Put the curd mass on a film with coconut flakes and smooth.
  6. Lay berries on top.
  7. Using a mat, roll the curd mass into a roll and refrigerate until completely solidified.
  8. The finished roll can be decorated by sprinkling it with chocolate, almond petals or topping. Bon appetit!
