Rinse the breast meat, cut across into thin strips. Chop the onion, garlic and ginger.
Pour sunflower or olive oil into a pan, put onions, garlic and ginger in turn, fry lightly, then add curry, ground turmeric and ground black pepper. Fry the spices for about 2 minutes.
Put the chicken in a frying pan, salt to taste, add lime juice, fry the pieces for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cream to the pan, stir, simmer for about 10 minutes.
Rinse the rice, pour into boiling water, add 1 teaspoon of salt, reduce the gas and cook until tender.
Put rice in the center of the plate, pieces of meat on top, pour over the sauce.
