A very aromatic and spicy curry with fish, you can put a variety of vegetables in such a dish.

Cut the fish into small pieces, marinate in lemon juice and 1 tbsp. l. curry paste.
Cut the onion into half rings, fry in oil in a large saucepan, season with salt and pepper, add finely chopped cilantro stalks, grated ginger, lemon zest, crushed garlic and chili.
Add diced potatoes and 2 tbsp. l. curry paste, splash with boiling water, cook 10 min.
Add cauliflower cut into inflorescences, chopped tomatoes and lentils. Pour boiling water over, cook for 30 minutes.
Fry the fish, add to the curry with peas and cilantro. Cook for another 5 minutes. Serve curry with yoghurt and almond petals. Bon Appetit!
