Delicious, bright and easy-to-cook muffins can be prepared with children, which will cause true delight in the little ones.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 160 degrees. Line 12 muffin tins with paper baskets (or grease muffin tins with butter).
  2. Melt chocolate, butter, sugar and 100 g of hot water in a large saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove the saucepan from the stove, let the chocolate mass cool.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract to the warm chocolate mass. Pour flour into a large bowl, add chocolate mixture, knead a homogeneous dough.
  4. Pour batter into prepared molds, filling each 1/3 full. Put the molds on a baking sheet and leave to rest for 5 minutes. Then put the baking sheet in a preheated oven for 20-22 minutes. Cool the finished muffins on a wire rack.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the glaze. In a steam bath, melt the chocolate in a small saucepan, remove from the bath and add cream, stir. Pour in powdered sugar, stir until smooth. Spread this chocolate mixture over cooled cupcakes and garnish with chocolates (optional).
