Like most Korean salads, this salad is also quite spicy. But if you like Korean carrots, then you might also like daikon salad.

  1. Wash, peel and grate the radish on a Korean carrot grater or on a fine grater. Salt and after a while, put it on a sieve to drain the juice.
  2. Finely chop the onion into half rings and fry in oil for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Mix grated daikon, hot onion, sprinkle with coriander, red pepper, salt and add vinegar. Mix everything well.
  4. Put the salad with daikon in a salad bowl on lettuce leaves.
  5. Bon appetit!
