Dandelion is a very useful plant. Dandelion surpasses many vegetables in the number of vitamins and nutrients. Jam, honey, and even wine are made from flowers, salads, soups, etc. are made from leaves, but from the roots, I suggest trying this drink.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. After digging lightly, carefully remove the dandelion from the ground along with the root. For 200 ml of water, 2-3 roots will be needed.
  2. 2. Peel the roots from the peel, it comes off very easily. It is better to cut the roots into small pieces, I did not cut them. Fry in a dry frying pan, periodically turn over and make sure that they do not burn, first moisture will leave the roots, then a pleasant smell will appear, and the roots will become dark.
  3. 3. Grind the root in a coffee grinder and brew like natural coffee: pour boiling water and cook over low heat until the drink is light brown in color. Strain, and add sugar, and cream to taste. If desired, you can add cinnamon and chicory.
