Everyone knows such a plant as dandelion, but not everyone knows about the usefulness that lies in it.

  1. 1. Harvest dandelion flowers in sunlight when open.
  2. 2. Put them in a liter jar, sprinkled with sugar.
  3. 3. When the inflorescences release juice, this will happen for 2-3 days, add a glass of cold boiled water and leave for another 3-4 days.
  4. 4. Squeeze juice from oranges and lemons and put raisins.
  5. 5. We filter the infusion, add juice with raisins and bring the volume with cold boiled water to 3 liters. Cover with gauze and leave for primary fermentation.
  6. 6. As soon as fermentation has begun, we put it under a water seal.
  7. 7. When the fermentation process is over, pour the liquid into glass bottles, close them with a cork, and place them in a dark place for 4-6 months.
