Delicate milk rice porridge with pumpkin

  1. Wash and dry the pumpkin. Peel and seeds, cut into small pieces.
  2. Pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil, put pumpkin and cook until cooked.
  3. Grind the pumpkin with a blender in a saucepan. Pour milk into the pumpkin puree, bring to a boil.
  4. Rinse the rice under running water. Add rice to boiling milk, reduce heat to low, add a little salt and cook porridge until rice is boiled, about 45 - 50 minutes.
  5. Add sugar, butter to the porridge, mix. Cook for 5 minutes and turn off the heat. Wrap the pot of porridge in a warm blanket and let stand for 1 hour. I indicated this time in the "Preparation time".
  6. Arrange the porridge on plates. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon to taste.
