Delicious and simple cupcake

The recipe is so simple that it is prepared in the blink of an eye and so delicious that it is eaten immediately. The next day there is usually not a single piece left.

Ingredients

• 300 g of cheese;
• 250 g of sugar;
• 150 g of butter;
• 100 g of raisins;
• 300 g of flour;
• 3 eggs;
• 1 sachet of baking powder;
• vanillin.

Directions

1. Beat butter with sugar and vanilla, add cheese, and beat again.
2. Beat the eggs into a mass and beat it until creamy.
3. Add flour, raisins, and baking powder and mix with a spoon or spatula.
4. Fill the greased form with the dough no more than 2/3.
5. Bake for 60 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 ° C.
6. Allow the cake to cool in the form, then take it out and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
