  1. Dilute yeast and sugar in warm water. In the bowl where we will knead the dough, sift the flour, add salt and mix. (we measure flour and water with the same glass. Add water with yeast and olive oil to the flour, knead the dough. Then cover with a towel and leave on the table for 30 minutes.

  6. We send the pizza to the oven, preheated to 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes (I have top + bottom heating + convection). Therefore, cooking times may vary slightly. We check the readiness by crust and ruddy).
