Make this amazing dessert of chocolate, cottage cheese and cream cheese with bananas. You will not regret! Such a cake without baking can be prepared both for the holiday and for home tea drinking. No need to stand at the stove for a long time, bother with the dough. There are no flour, butter or cookies in these cakes - only cottage cheese, cream cheese, bananas and chocolate.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients. I used dark chocolate with 56% cocoa. You can use darker chocolate or substitute milk chocolate. I bought cottage cheese with a fat content of 5% in a store by weight. You will need small bananas weighing about 130 g with a peel. I had large bananas with a total weight of 1.3 kg. I buy cream cheese in the store by weight.
  2. Break the chocolate into small pieces. Transfer to a suitable ovenproof dish. Install in a water bath. Leave a little chocolate (25-30 g) for decoration. When the water in the saucepan begins to boil, the chocolate will begin to melt. Make a small fire. Stir the chocolate with a spatula until the chocolate pieces are completely melted.
  3. Remove the melted chocolate from the water bath and cool to about 30 degrees.
  4. Pour the cottage cheese into a deep bowl or blender bowl. Add brown sugar and vanilla sugar. Vanillin sugar can be replaced with a pinch of vanillin and vanillin extract (2-3 drops). Instead of brown sugar, you can add regular sugar, a little honey, or any sweetener. If the chocolate is sweet enough, sweeteners can be omitted.
  5. Grind cottage cheese with sugar with a submersible blender until a homogeneous creamy consistency. Thus, get rid of curd lumps.
  6. Add cream cheese and cooled chocolate to chopped cottage cheese.
  7. I blended again with an immersion blender and blended with a spatula. You can use the mixer at low speed. The cream base is ready.
  8. Peel bananas. Trim off the rounded ends. It is necessary that the bananas are 15-16 cm long and as even as possible.
  9. Put a little chocolate-curd mass on a flat plate. Smooth out the length and width of three bananas with a spatula.
  10. Lay out three bananas and press them a little into the cream.
  11. Apply a little cream to the bananas and spread over the fruit on all sides, trying to hide them under the cream.
  12. Add two more bananas in the middle (on top of three).
  13. Put another portion of the cream and spread over the bananas on all sides.
  14. Lay the sixth banana on top in the middle. Slightly press it into the cream. Spread remaining cream over banana.
  15. Form a "house". Level the cream with a spatula or spatula.
  16. Sprinkle the "house" with coconut. Instead of shavings, you can take chopped nuts, cookie crumbs, chopped corn flakes.
  17. Melt the remaining chocolate and decorate the "house" on top. Place in the refrigerator for 60 minutes or more.
  18. Cut the no-bake cake into triangular cakes and serve them to the sweet table.
