  1. Prepare all ingredients. Boil hard-boiled chicken eggs in advance, cool and peel. Cut the boiled eggs into okroshka cubes. Cut fresh cucumbers into cubes.
  2. Chop fresh dill finely. Combine the chopped eggs, cucumbers and dill in a deep bowl. Season with salt to taste and stir.
  3. Pour all the ingredients with kefir and cold mineral water. You can take water both carbonated and still. Stir okroshka and the dish is ready. Serve okroshka cold. Bon Appetit!
