Ingredients

Directions

  1. Rinse dried apricots and prunes thoroughly. If they are very dry, pour boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Then dry the dried fruit on a towel.
  2. To help the blender cope with chopping dried fruits, cut them into small pieces. If there is no blender, we pass the dried fruits through a meat grinder with a fine grid. Grind the nuts into crumbs in a blender. Pieces of 5-8 nuts can be left and simply chopped into pieces with a knife.
  3. This is the mass obtained from chopped dried apricots and prunes.
  4. Mix the nuts and the resulting mass into a homogeneous "dough".
  5. Divide the "dough" into 8-10 pieces and form into bars.
  6. Now put the bars in the dryer, let them dry. If there is no dryer, put it on parchment and dry it in the oven at 70 degrees for about an hour and a half.
  7. We will pack the bars in parchment paper or foil and that's it, you can take them on the road, to work, for a walk :)
