  1. 1. Small boiled beets, I have 3 mini ones. Put in a blender in layers: beets, peeled ripe avocado, ripe peeled banana, peeled strawberries, finely crushed ice, milk, and honey.
  2. 2. Blend everything until puree.
  3. 3. Pour into glasses. Very tasty smoothie. According to the recipe, there were also chia seeds 1 tbsp, but even without them, the smoothie is thick.
