"Lawyer" is a fairly popular eggnog flavored liqueur (almost eggnog, only with milk). Very thick, so it is either served with a spoon or used for cocktails, slightly diluted with soda, lemonade, or milk.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. The yolks need to be very fresh so that they do not smell and look good.
  2. 2. Beat with sugar and powder in a lush light foam.
  3. 3. Condensed milk. Need boiled, but can be raw. I did this and that. The first option is thicker and tastier (in my opinion). Pour it into beaten eggs and work well with a mixer until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  4. 4. Pour light rum or top-quality vodka in small portions, first we work with a mixer, then, so that it does not splash out, we switch to a regular whisk.
  5. 5. Pour the resulting cocktail into a glass container, close the lid, and put it in a dark place for 2 weeks, after which you can use it.
