Egg pancakes with sweet curd filling are a very tasty dessert that will please both adults and children. The pancakes are thin and incredibly elastic, bright and very beautiful. For the filling, we use a homogeneous, creamy cottage cheese, add sour cream and sugar. It is ideal for breakfast or a snack.

  1. Beat eggs into a deep bowl and add a pinch of salt.
  2. Then add the potato starch to the egg bowl.
  3. Whisk all the ingredients until smooth, using a mixer or whisk.
  4. Heat the frying pan, lightly grease with oil, pour in a little egg mixture. The pancakes are very thin, but they are quite elastic and turn over well. Fry the pancakes on each side for 15 seconds.
  5. Transfer the cottage cheese to a separate bowl, add sour cream immediately.
  6. Add granulated sugar to the curd, mix everything thoroughly.
  7. Put a few spoons of the finished curd filling on the edge of the pancake. Toppings for pancakes should not be spared
  8. Roll the pancakes into envelopes.
