  2. Finely chop the parsley, leaving one branch to serve.
  3. Separate the whites from the yolks.
  4. Add a little salt to the protein, beat slightly.
  5. Salt the yolks. Add parsley, dried herbs and hard cheese. We mix.
  6. Melt the butter in a frying pan.
  7. Pour the yolk mixture into the pan and stir constantly with a spatula so that they grab.
  8. Move the yolks to one side of the pan. Lightly grease the pan with vegetable oil.
  9. Pour out half of the proteins and let them grab.
  10. Starting with the yolks, roll up the roll and slide it to the edge of the pan.
