Delicious omelet roll with cheese filling on the table looks appetizing thanks to the bright color that spinach provides. To taste, an egg roll is not inferior to its spectacular presentation, moreover, it is simple to prepare it!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Making a spinach omelet in the oven is easy. Prepare foods according to the list.
  2. It is better to get frozen spinach out of the refrigerator beforehand. Also, instead of frozen, you can use fresh spinach - it will be even tastier.
  3. Turn the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  4. Break the eggs into a deep bowl.
  5. Add flour, salt and black pepper.
  6. Whisk well until smooth so that no lumps of flour remain.
  7. Pour milk into the egg mixture. Stir.
  8. Now pour in the vegetable oil and add the spinach. You can use frozen spinach after thawing it. Or you can take fresh spinach by washing it, drying it and chopping it finely with a knife.
  9. Stir in the omelet mixture.
  10. Pour the prepared omelet mixture into the mold. I used a silicone mold, did not lubricate it with anything. Any other form is best greased with vegetable or butter, or lined with parchment for baking.
  11. Send the omelet to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for about 12-15 minutes, until the egg mixture sets.
  12. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  13. Remove the omelet from the oven and sprinkle the grated cheese over the entire surface.
  14. Send the omelet back to the oven for about 3 more minutes to melt the cheese.
  15. Cool the finished omelette slightly, remove from the mold and roll into a tight roll with the cheese filling inside.
  16. Allow the roll to cool slightly and hold together, then cut it into small rolls and place on a plate.
  17. Serve the delicious spinach and cheese scrambled eggs to the table.
  18. Bon Appetit!
