Egg Salad

Pour cold water into a small saucepan or saucepan, put eggs. Bring water to a boil over low heat, turn off heat and cover the ladle with a lid. In 10 minutes. the eggs will be ready.

Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds with a spoon. Place an egg salad in each tomato half. Season with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with finely chopped chives.
