A spectacular vegetable dish - eggplant boats stuffed with curd filling and baked with an egg. It is very simple to prepare such original "Adjarian" eggplants, and it will not take a lot of time. Worth trying!

  12. Line a baking dish with parchment or oil. Place the stuffed eggplant in a baking dish.
  13. Bake eggplant boats with cottage cheese in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, until golden brown.
  14. Baked eggplants stuffed with cottage cheese are ready. Serve with a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
