Egg yolk is mixed with fried bacon, basil and tomatoes, this stuffing is stuffed with egg white.

  1. Peel boiled eggs and cut into halves. Gently remove the yolks from the whites, transfer the yolks to a separate bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise, mustard, bite, salt, pepper, crumbled bacon, tomato and basil to a bowl of yolks. Mash with a fork, mix well.
  3. Place the filling in the egg white halves and place the stuffed eggs on a serving platter. You can garnish the stuffed eggs with extra pieces of bacon.
