Eggs stuffed with cheese and herbs

An excellent simple snack for a festive table or for every day is eggs stuffed with cheese and herbs.

  1. Boil eggs hard-boiled (10 minutes after boiling). Cool in cold water.
  2. Peel the boiled eggs, cut in half, carefully remove the yolks.
  3. Combine the yolks with the rest of the ingredients, except for the whites, in a blender bowl. Grind everything until smooth.
  4. Transfer the filling into a pastry bag or bag with a cut corner.
  5. Stuff the egg whites with the prepared filling.
  6. The appetizer is ready. Bon Appetit!
