Eggs stuffed with cheese, apples and nuts

Egg yolk is mixed with apples, cheese, nuts, mustard and mayonnaise. Egg white is stuffed with this mince.

Ingredients

• Eggs (hard boiled) - 6 pcs.
• Apple (peeled, finely chopped) - 0.25 cups
• Blue cheese (crumbled) - 1 tbsp. l.
• Roasted walnuts (chopped) - 1 tbsp. l.
• Mayonnaise - 0.25 cups
• Mustard - 1 tsp
• Vinegar - 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Ground black pepper - to taste

Directions

1. Peel boiled eggs and cut into halves. Gently remove the yolks from the whites, transfer the yolks to a separate bowl.
2. Add mayonnaise, mustard, bite, salt, pepper to a bowl with yolks. Mash with a fork, mix well. Add apple, cheese, nuts, stir.
3. Place the filling in the egg white halves and place the stuffed eggs on a serving platter.
