  1. Boil chicken breast in salted water. Refrigerate.
  2. Peel and wash the onions. Cut into cubes.
  3. Preheat a frying pan. Pour 1-2 tablespoons. vegetable oil. Fry the onions until golden brown.
  4. Hard-boiled chicken eggs. Cool and peel. Then, having cut the eggs into halves, pick out the yolk.
  5. Grind chicken meat, yolks and fried onions in a blender. Season with salt and pepper. Mix with mayonnaise.
  6. Fill eggs with minced meat. Decorate the stuffed eggs with cranberries and mayonnaise.
  7. Place the stuffed eggs in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
