Stuffed eggs are the simplest and cheapest version of this appetizer. Thanks to a couple of features, you get not just stuffed eggs, but a real "bomb"!

  1. Hard-boiled eggs, cool under cold water. Peel the boiled eggs, cut in half, remove the yolks and knead them.
  2. Finely chop the onion. Grate the carrots on a fine grater. Fry the onions and carrots in CUTTER oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add onions with carrots to the yolks. Add mayonnaise to make the mixture more fluffy and mix well.
  4. Stuff with the prepared protein mixture. Sprinkle the stuffed eggs with chopped green onions or other fresh herbs to taste.
