  1. Rinse the rice in advance and boil until tender (20 minutes after boiling; in the ratio of rice and water - 1: 2). Cool boiled rice.
  2. Hard-boiled eggs (8-10 minutes after boiling), cool in cold water.
  3. Peel boiled eggs.
  4. Peel the onions, finely grate or chop finely.
  5. Cut the eggs in half (lengthwise) and carefully remove the yolks.
  6. Mash the yolks with a fork.
  7. Mix the yolks, 2 tbsp. spoons of boiled rice, chopped onions and cream.
  8. Stuff the egg halves with the cooked rice filling.
  9. Place the stuffed eggs on a plate.
  10. Place the red caviar on top.
  11. Stuffed eggs with red caviar are ready. Decorate the appetizer with herbs and serve.
