Eggs stuffed with salmon

A universal snack for all occasions - stuffed eggs!

  1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then add cold water and cool.
  2. Peel the boiled eggs, cut in half, carefully remove the yolk from the halves and mash in a bowl (leave the whites intact). Add chopped salmon, 3 tablespoons of chives, mayonnaise, red onion, capers, lemon juice, zest and 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper to a bowl with crumbled yolks, mix well.
  3. Stuff the halves of the proteins with the resulting mixture, and sprinkle the stuffed eggs with the remaining chives and black pepper on top.
