Stuffed eggs are a popular festive appetizer. This dish is simple and quick to prepare, and you can improvise with fillings every time. I cooked eggs stuffed with smoked fish, it tasted great.

  1. Peel eggs and carrots.
  2. Cut the eggs evenly in half, carefully remove the yolks. Set aside the proteins.
  3. Cut the carrots into cubes. If the carrots are large, only half of the carrots are needed.
  4. Clean the fish from entrails, skin and bones.
  5. Finely chop the fish fillet.
  6. Finely chop the green onion.
  7. Mash the yolks with a fork along with boiled carrots.
  8. Add fish and onions, add a little mayonnaise, mix everything.
  9. Fill the egg whites with the filling.
  10. Put the stuffed eggs with fish on a platter and serve. Bon Appetit!
