English country cocktail

Ingredients

• 120 ml freshly brewed black tea
• crushed ice
• 1 tsp brown sugar
• 150 g raspberries
• mint and lemon slice for garnish

Directions

1. Fill a white wine glass with crushed ice. Using a juicer, squeeze the juice out of the raspberries, leaving a couple of berries to garnish. Add sugar to tea, pour it into a glass, add juice. Decorate with mint, lemon and berries.
