Extraordinarily tasty deep-fried potatoes.

Ingredients

  1. Peel and rinse the potatoes.
  2. Cut the potatoes in half.
  3. Squeeze out the middle using a suitable cylindrical mold (eg a cap).
  4. Cut off thin rings (2 pcs) with a sharp knife. Set aside the remaining mushroom.
  5. To boil water. Dip the rings and mushrooms in boiling water. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Then drain the water and rinse the potatoes.
  6. Pour oil into a saucepan with a thick bottom. Put on fire.
  7. When the oil is very hot, dip the potatoes into the boiling oil. Fry until golden brown.
  8. Put the potatoes in a colander to drain the excess oil.
  9. The fries are ready.
