  4. After light frying, transfer the fillets to a baking dish and place in the oven. We bake the fried meat for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  5. Cook eggs hard-boiled (8-10 minutes).
  6. Peel the cooled potatoes and carrots, as well as eggs and cut them into arbitrary slices.
  7. We also cut pickled cucumbers, green onions and cooled meat into arbitrary slices.
  8. Put the cucumber on the dish in a circle, then potatoes, carrots and eggs. Then put the chicken meat in the middle, neatly and beautifully. Sprinkle the salad with green onions. Salt the salad to taste and sprinkle with olive oil.
