  1. Steam the red fish for about 8 minutes. Cool, remove the skin, carefully check for bones, use your hands to disassemble the fish into small pieces. Soften the butter. Chop the smoked fish and green onions into small pieces. Peel the onions and chop as small as possible. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry onions over medium heat, 5 minutes.
  2. Add green onions, sauté 1 min. Remove from heat and cool. Mix all prepared ingredients, salt and pepper. If you want the minced meat to be completely homogeneous, you can beat it with a blender. Use as a filling or spread on pancakes.
