I am with a very useful recipe))), it is difficult to overestimate the beneficial properties of this herb. This tea was drunk by our grandmothers!!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. The process is very long but very interesting. It is necessary to pick fireweed leaves, only clean, good leaves !!!! In good weather (June-July), in the middle of the day when the sun is shining and there is no rain! In a nice mood!!!!
  2. 2. Bring the leaves home and leave them in the bag for 2-3 hours.
  3. 3. After 2 hours, the leaves must be beaten off or crushed (like cabbage).
  4. 4. Take a handful and twist between the palms.
  5. 5. Pack tightly into a jar.
  6. 6. Cover with a plate and put away for two days in a dark place (for fermentation).
  7. 7. Two days later, you can see this picture ...
  8. 8. Take out each twist and cut.
  9. 9. Lay out to dry (I have a dryer) and send to dry.
  10. 10. I dried for 8 hours at 48*.
  11. 11. Transfer to storage bags.
