This dish is suitable for both guests and a festive family dinner. The taste of thyme, lemon, garlic combined with almonds and cheese is a great addition for fish. The dish turns out to be very juicy and aromatic. For cooking, fillets of cod or tilapia are suitable.

  1. Finely chop the onion and garlic, peel the thyme leaves from the twigs. Combine onion, garlic and thyme with butter. Pour in lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, mix everything well, add almond flakes.
  2. Grate hard cheese (I had grated parmesan ready) and add to the mixture, mix.
  3. Wash the fish fillets, dry with a paper towel. Season with salt, pepper and place in a fireproof dish.
  4. Put the oil mixture on top of the fillet. Place the cherry tomatoes, oiled with olive oil, side by side. Put the dish in the oven, heated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes, until the fish is completely baked.
