Fish under rice with onions

  1. Cut the fillet into portions. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  2. While the fish is marinating, boil the rice until tender.
  3. Cut the onion into half rings, chop the carrots on a grater. Fry in vegetable oil.
  4. Put fish on the bottom of a thick frying pan, then onions and carrots. Top with rice. Put pieces of butter on the rice. Pour in water.
  5. Cover the pan with foil on top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
  7. Serve in the pan in which it was cooked.
