Good fish - halibut or salmon - is tasty on its own, but nothing prevents you from making it even more appetizing. Salsa from green onions will add spice and "pepper" to the fish.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. For salsa, finely chop the onion. Tear off the leaves of the parsley and chop them just as finely. Free the chili from the seeds and cut into thin rings.
  2. Combine onion, parsley, chili, olive oil, grated zest and juice of half a lemon, vinegar. Season with pepper, salt and stir again. Remove before serving in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat a grill or non-stick skillet. Brush the fish with olive oil. Place the fish skin side down in a skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, then turn over and cook until tender. Serve the fish with salsa and lemon wedges.
