  1. First, let's prepare the mushroom filling for the potato flowers. You can make potato flowers with any filling you like. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan. We lay and fry until transparent one onion, cut into small cubes.
  2. Add 400 grams of chopped champignons. Fry over medium heat until tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Let's prepare potato flowers. Mix 100 grams of hard grated cheese with 2-3 yolks.
  5. Cut the peeled potatoes into circles two millimeters thick.
  6. Dip the circles in vegetable oil and put them in the form of a flower in cake tins. Depending on the size of the molds - 5-8 petals and one circle on the bottom.
  7. Put 2 teaspoons of a mixture of cheese with yolk in each flower.
  8. We bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes until half cooked.
  9. Put mushroom or any other filling of your choice in the toasted "flowers".
  10. We send the "flowers" to the oven for another 10-15 minutes, the potatoes should be well browned.
  11. We take out the finished potato "flowers" from the molds, put them on a dish and serve.
