Fluffy Cupcakes with pumpkin

Absolutely everyone likes lush, tasty and very fragrant pumpkin muffins. Be sure to try!

  1. Pour flour, baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla sugar into a container. Most of all I like to use vanilla sugar with crushed vanilla beans, it even differs in color. And the aroma! Mmm! .. Mix everything well.
  2. Put soft butter and sugar in a separate container, rub well with a spoon and beat with a mixer until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs to the butter and beat with a whisk.
  4. Pour in the pumpkin puree and mix gently with a whisk. We prepare pumpkin puree in advance: cut the pumpkin into pieces, bake in the oven, covered with foil, until soft, and when the pumpkin is ready, grind with a blender to a puree state.
  5. Pour the flour with spices and slowly mix the dough until smooth.
  6. Pour in sunflower oil and mix the dough for muffins again.
  7. We put the dough into cupcake molds and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake pumpkin muffins for 30-35 minutes. ⠀
  8. Ready cooled pumpkin muffins can be decorated with powdered sugar.
